Kerri Dohring

Liv4Success is a company founded and built on a myriad of experience and education garnered by Executive Coach, Kerri Dohring. Kerri has more than 20 years of experience as a corporate facilitator, extensive experience in the financial sector, and numerous facilitation and coaching certifications. 

After earning a B.A. in Communications at the University of South Florida, Kerri began her career working in Finance at TransAmerica Capital where she earned her Series 7 and 24 Licenses. She later transferred to the Consumer and Mortgage Lending (CML) division of HSBC Bank where she spent more than 10 years as the AVP of Training and later as the AVP of Communication and Strategy.

In 2008, when the housing market began to suffer, Kerri was tasked with teaching leaders to embrace change and assist their employees with the physical and emotional tolls of change in the work environment. She was appointed as the head of CML's Global Engagement Committee which consisted of 60 members across 13 locations and 4 countries. She designed and implemented quarterly change management programs and facilitated over 60 Culture Transformation classes (5,000 employees in 8 cities). 

As a result of these tremendous efforts, Kerri received the “Culture Hero” Award for inspiring others to lead change at HSBC. 

In 2013, Kerri took her knowledge and experience and launched Liv4Success where she began executive coaching and facilitating leadership workshops for various companies in over 20 countries around the world. She has worked with C-Suite executives, department heads, human resources, high-potentials, new managers, and entry-level employees for numerous industries including: healthcare, finance, banking, aerospace engineering, real estate, education, energy, cosmetic and beauty.

Kerri 's experience with collaborating and facilitating with over 20 countries has given her vast the cultural experience and the cultural intelligence needed to be a sought-after coach and facilitator.
